茶叶面

取茶叶（个人爱好的茶叶）100克用开水泡出，再用茶水和面擀成面条,下锅不糊，而且极度清鲜爽口，喜欢凉拌面可以在做成凉面,面Q弹,满口茶香.

100克，加水500克，泡制成浓茶汁放凉至20摂氏度至30氏度，加酵母发面，蒸制馒头其滋味幽香，馒头松软

茶叶啤酒

饮酒时，往酒中兑入接近1／3的冷茶水，味醇至极，口感极佳，

茶叶蛋

茶叶适量，加水，煮鸡蛋0．5公斤，鸡蛋煮至七八成熟时取出，磕破壳，再投入原汁中浸泡2-3小时，可使鸡蛋幽香爽口

龙井虾仁

先将新颖虾去好皮，处置冲洗洁净，将泡好的龙井与仁一同放入油锅内一同烹炒，加少许盐，即可出锅。口味鲜美，吃起来虾里透着茶的幽香就连其中的茶叶嚼起来也别有滋味

茉莉花茶竹筒饭

先将上等的茉莉花茶泡好，将泰国香米、腊肠、腊肉、芋头、干葱全部装入做好竹筒中，然后倒入茶水起放入蒸锅，蒸大约半小时。米饭茶香、茶香四溢，油而不腻，耐人寻味。

龙井茶河鳝

先去鳝鱼去，用龙井茶、米饭、香叶熏熟，再用生姜、葱、盐、糖、鸡粉制5分钟。口味鳝鱼肉质鲜嫩、爽滑，有淡淡茶香而无腥味，养分价值高，健康美味。
