【早安健康／全真中医】“医生，我常常觉得很累，睡再多还是觉得睡不饱！”、“医生，我体力这么差是不是肝有问题？”

门诊中常碰到这类的问题，其实现代人工作及生活压力大，每天奔波于工作与家庭之间，长期下来，各种身体状况开始陆续出现，疲劳更是最常见的症状之一。

事实上，疲劳是正常的生理反应，在人体经过脑力激荡或剧烈运动，甚至焦虑不安之后，就会有暂时性的疲劳感出现，通常只要经过适当的休息与调养，都会在短时间内恢复。

除此之外，有一些疾病造成慢性的疲倦感，无法借由休息得到恢复，例如：癌症、自体免疫疾病、各种感染症、内分泌疾病等。

如果您并没有经医师诊断有上述的疾病，而疲劳的时间持续过长，那么可能就要怀疑是否得到“慢性疲劳症候群”。

慢性疲劳症候群是什么？

慢性疲劳症候群是指反复发作的疲劳，并非由过度运动或劳动所引起，且至少持续半年以上，休息后还是不能缓解，造成课业或社会功能受到影响。

症状包括全身无力、记忆力或注意力缺损、睡眠障碍，同时有类似流行性感冒的症状，如：低热、肌肉酸痛、喉咙痛、颈部或腋下淋巴结肿痛等。

简单来说，假如常觉得疲倦，喉咙痛，发烧，睡不好，全身酸痛，却找不到合理的病因，很可能已经接近了慢性疲劳症候。

慢性疲劳症候群的中医分型

从中医观点来看，可以在古籍中的“虚劳”、“懈怠”有类似之处。病变部位涉及五脏，尤以肝、脾、肾三脏关系较密切。

中医典籍《黄帝内经》提到：“肝虚、肾虚、脾虚，皆令人体重烦冤”中医病机可归纳出脾气虚、肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚等三种主要不同的证型。

脾气虚型

常倦怠乏力、说话没力、动一下就喘吁吁、面色较白或萎黄，或稍微动一下就满身大汗，胃口不好、饭后胃不舒服、大便偏软。

建议这类的患者要多做运动，活动筋骨，以强化心肺功能来提升体适能，生活饮食上必须注意寒温变化，预防感冒，多吃营养而容易消化的食物。
