小编今天要给你们说的这个美食就是广东均安的蒸猪，不知道你们有没有吃过这种美食，这种蒸猪可以说是一道非常好吃的美食了，而且这道菜在他们村里的宴席上也是不可缺少的一道大菜，自从这种蒸猪上了舌尖上的中国这个节目之后，有很多的人都是慕名来这里吃的，而且也可以说每年来这里吃的人都是络绎不绝的，但是吃过的人之后没有一个人是不拍手叫好的，这也证明了这种蒸猪也是非常好吃的。

但是这么好吃，应该有很多家店面才对呀，但是才过了短短的不到四年的时间，现在这种美食已经落魄到无人提及了，更别说是一家体面一点的店面了，其实均安的这种蒸猪蒸的就是一整头的猪，光是要腌制这一整头的猪，就要花费上五六个小时。

首先要做的第一步就是先把已经炸好的猪全猪都起鼓之后，再把猪的腹部全部都切开，然后再把猪肉分割成彼此分离，但是又断不开的大块儿，这样可以在蒸的时候能够受热均匀，然后再撒上当地特有的一些调味料，之后，再腌制几个小时之后，把猪全部都摊在一个木盒子的拱形木架上面，再放入大铁锅当中，等待中熟，等到蒸熟之后，再撒入一些已经炒熟的白芝麻就可以了。

因为它的制作工序是非常麻烦的，也可以堪称是一道非常大的工序，而且也只有当地的婚丧嫁娶才能够吃到这样的美食，但是现在才不到34年的时间就已经关门了。
