在伏天里，有些人出现了很多不适的症状，如大便不成形、口干、口臭、头晕没精神、脱发、浮肿、腰酸、关节疼痛等症状，好像身体出现了问题，但去医院检查，却还没有什么实质性疾病，让你感觉有种说不出来的痛苦，这很可能是伏天气候潮湿或饮食不规律，造成脾虚引发湿气入侵人体，导致五腹六脏不调和所致。

湿气又称湿毒，遇寒则湿寒、遇热则湿热、遇风则风湿。湿在脾则脾虚、湿在胃则胃弱、湿在肾则肾虚、湿在肺则肺弱、湿在心则有心火。中医认为湿气是万病之源，能恶化和诱发很多恶性疾病，需重视。

脾虚的外表症

1.困乏无力、无精打采，怎么睡都睡不够，头晕犯困。

2.嗓子发痒、口干、口苦、口渴。

3.全身肌肉、关节痛。

4.头发油腻、皮肤油光、满脸起痘、浑身黏黏。

5.大便糖稀而肛门涩痒。

6.皮肤有湿疹、皮肤瘙痒。

脾虚的内在表现

1.胸口闷、喉咙有痰，因为湿盛导致的肺弱。

2.机能衰退、对房事不感兴趣，因为湿盛导致的肾虚。

3.舌苔厚腻、食欲不振、食物不消化，容易积食，因为湿盛导致的脾虚。

4.体重逐年增加、肥胖水肿，即使偏瘦的人也会有小肚囊，因为湿盛导致的脾虚。

5.频繁的胃痛、腹泻、便秘或大便不成形，因为湿盛导致的胃弱。

推荐食疗祛湿小方法

红豆薏米粥

薏米：可以利湿痹、利肠胃、消水肿、健脾益胃。

红豆：具有利水、消肿、健脾胃、补心的功效。

1.平时思虑伤神、劳心过度，而运动量少的人往往脸上没有血色，精力也不够充沛，甚至心悸、贪睡、感觉头重如裹、心中空虚，这是体内有湿，加上心气不足的表现。

可以在薏米红豆粥中加一些桂圆同煮。

桂圆甘温，能开胃健脾、安神补血，能振奋心阳，温补心气，使人精神饱满、中气十足。它特别适合强脑力劳动者，也很适合中老年人。

2.年轻人容易出现烦躁、失眠，或者脸上起红疹、痘痘，这都是心火过旺、湿热内扰所致。

可以在薏米红豆粥中加上百合或莲子同煮，或者两种都加。

百合能润肺、养颜，又能清心火、安心神。

莲子最能养心、清心火，同时又能健脾、补肾，但是莲子稍有滞涩作用，身体比较瘦弱的人可以用，但那种体内淤滞较多的胖子恐怕就不宜食用了。

用莲子的时候，要去掉里面的心。当然，如果嫌这个粥没有什么味道，还可以加点冰糖。在各类糖中，只有冰糖是凉性的，能清心火。

3.肾虚的人，可在薏米红豆粥中加一些黑豆。因为黑色入肾，而豆的形状也跟肾十分相似，是补肾的佳品。

4.山药和南瓜也可以放在薏米红豆粥中同煮。

山药能强肾固精，润肺益气。

南瓜能补中益气，还能消炎、止痛、杀虫、解毒，对保护胰脏、预防糖尿病来说，是非常好的食物。

5.如果咳嗽，还可以把生梨去皮去核切成1～2厘米见方的小块儿，加入薏米红豆粥中同煮，可以润肺、化痰、止渴。
