随着时间的发展，我们的生活也是有着天翻地覆的变化。其中随着改革开放的进程，我国的经济实力也是飞速的增长。随着经济的增长，物价也是再慢慢增长。物价的增长也是让我们为了生活的工作压力日益增加。面对这样的压力，很多人都选择吃吃喝喝来减缓压力，化悲愤为食欲。美食中一直被各个年龄段所喜爱的就有着火锅，因为我们的技术赶不上火锅店，所以很多时候我们都会选择去火锅店。细心的人们都会发现，鸳鸯锅或者其他的一些锅里加的汤水总是白白的。那这是为什么呢？

面对这样的锅底，我们也是经常对服务员询问。但是服务员总是回答的一样，那就是由大骨头汤熬的很久之后的颜色。那事实是这样吗？

首先经过多方的调查，我们发现如果是长时间熬制骨头汤，需要花费巨大的时间，其中更是不可能中途开锅将汤水取出来。依照火锅店的客流量来说，一锅骨头汤如果采用要多少取多少的方法来，那是很快就会用完的。而这样熬制骨头汤所花费的时间是完全赶不上这样使用的，除非是店家除了工作时间一直都在熬汤储备起来。所以所谓的骨头汤熬出来的借口更是完全不可信。如果是一些小店，而且是远近闻名的老店，那还是可能的，因为他们打的就是招牌。不可能砸自己的脚。

那火锅店里的汤水不是骨头汤那到底是什么呢？因为火锅店的客源众多，为了能够及时的供应客人。很多时候都是采用类似一次性冲剂的配料跟开水兑出来的。

第一、白水勾兑骨头汤

骨头汤是的确可能的，但是绝对不是慢火熬制的纯骨头汤，而是那种牛骨粉之类的佐料，然后一次性用开水进行勾兑。就像很多普通的快餐店的汤水大多都是直接跟一些类似方便面调料一样的冲剂一次性勾兑出来的。毕竟是用牛骨粉之类的勾兑的，那自然是纯白色。

第二、奶制品勾兑

而另外的可能就是奶制品的勾兑了，因为是奶制品，自然冲出来的就是白色的汤水。

而其他的大多都是换了一种冲剂的手段罢了，这只是商家为了节约成本的手段，而不用白开水，自然是因为如果这样做自然就失去了跟普通火锅的竞争优势，失去了鲜美的火锅还会有人去品尝吗？就连我们自己做火锅都知道买火锅料，商家自然不会用白开水。虽然这样是在欺骗消费者，但是在饮食上是不会出现问题的，要不然面对巨大的客人举报。再大的商铺都是分分钟倒闭的。
