每年的公历9月中旬至12月是阳澄湖大闸蟹的成熟季节，但由于大闸蟹性寒，让不少爱蟹者又爱又恨。那么大闸蟹到底能不能吃呢？

跟蟹黄蟹膏相比，蟹肉含有丰富的蛋白质，脂肪含量都不到1%，基本不用过多担心。但很多人说自己，吃点螃蟹肉、喝点小酒，就会拉肚子。可能是加热不彻底像大闸蟹这类水产品中，比较容易携带各种致病菌。如果加热不彻底，细菌不能被彻底杀死，很可能会发生急性肠胃炎，造成腹泻。只要不是非常严重的上吐下泻，一般吃几顿清粥小菜等容易消化的东西，让肠胃休息休息，就会缓解。

2.可能是你有「肠易激综合征」

现在很多人都有「肠易激综合征」，稍一受刺激就容易拉肚子。螃蟹中的蛋白质、脂肪还有胆固醇的含量比较高，和我们日常饮食中的营养比例可能不太一样。再加上吃螃蟹时，一般都配着比较丰盛的一顿大餐，还喜欢喝点小酒，对胃肠道也是不算小的刺激。所以，这种情况就要克制、少吃。

3、怀孕了，能不能吃?

有人说吃螃蟹会导致流产?如果螃蟹真是「打胎良药」，「无痛人流」就不会小广告满地是了，直接买2斤螃蟹不仅满足了口腹之欲，还省下一笔医药费。孕期也能吃螃蟹，关键注意：如果没怀孕时就容易吃螃蟹肚子疼、拉肚子，那么建议不要吃;一定要加热彻底再吃;不要贪多吃过量。

4、三高人群，能不能吃?

蟹黄中确实有很多胆固醇，每100克蟹黄中胆固醇含量可能达400毫克以上，蟹膏也差不多。但需要提醒的是，蟹黄、蟹膏所含的脂肪酸，从营养角度比例算是比较合理的，且含有对健康有益的必需脂肪酸EPA和DHA。最新的《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》指出，膳食胆固醇并不会显著影响人体内的胆固醇代谢，已经取消了胆固醇的每日限量，并提倡「吃鸡蛋不弃黄」。同样道理，即使是高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇等慢性病患者或肥胖的朋友：只要控制吃蟹量适宜、脂肪总量适宜，也可以「吃蟹不弃黄、不弃膏」。

5、高尿酸、痛风，能不能吃?

患有痛风或尿酸升高的人，我们一般会告知患者不能吃海鲜。这对于吃货，犹如晴天霹雳。海鲜确实会影响身体里的嘌呤代谢，但是不同海鲜的嘌呤含量有差异。螃蟹并不是高嘌呤食物，它属于中嘌呤的海鲜(每100g含有25～150mg嘌呤)，每100克螃蟹的嘌呤含量是82mg。每周食用2～3次，每次少于100克是没有问题的。

6、手术后，能不能吃?

经常有病人或者家属在手术前后问大夫：吃什么刀口好得快?哪些东西要忌口?是不是不能吃发物?尤其是发物这个东西，问的特别多。也不知道从什么时候开始民间流传着这么一个说法：术后恢复的病人不宜吃「发物」，会影响伤口愈合。其实，只要有营养、能吸收的食物，都是可以吃的，当然也包括螃蟹。
