尿酸是嘌呤碱的氧化分解产物，在人体中无生理功能。人体嘌呤的主要来源主要有饮食、组织分解及从头合成三条途径。尿酸是人类嘌呤代谢的终末产物。正常情况下，主要由肾脏排泄，约占2/3其余经肠道、皮肤、头发等排出体外。

高尿酸是健康的隐形杀手。

尿酸高是分时期的，在不同的阶段，会有不同的表现。

1.无症状高尿酸血症：经过医院抽血检查化验，能检测出血尿酸浓度增高，但并没有出现关节炎、高尿酸.石或肾结石等临床症状。一般在这个时期只能通过医学检测发现，平常不易察觉。

2、急性高尿酸性关节炎：指关节局部损伤、暴饮暴食、过度疲劳、受湿冷、某些药物、感染及外科手术等因素，诱发急性发作。

3、痛风性关节炎：一般发作部位为四肢关节处及软组织。急性痛风发作部位出现红、肿、热、剧烈疼痛，发作时疼痛难忍，可使人从睡眠中惊醒。痛风初期，发作多见于下肢。痛风可也以出现肾脏损害。

4、引起肾脏病，使肾功能下降，出现肾结石，肾坏死，肾积水等恶性反应。

对于尿酸高的人来说，饮食中的碳水化合物要占一半，而蛋白质却不宜过多。因为蛋白质会增加尿酸的生成，摄入过多会加重病情。此外，蛋白质应该以植物蛋白为主，比如豆类，再搭配低嘌呤含量的蛋、奶等动物蛋白。

尿酸患者平时饮食需要格外注意，除了蔬菜和水果需要多吃外，喝也是很有讲究的，这几款茶是高尿酸患者理想的食物：

1. 痛风患者最重要是促进尿酸的排出，抑制尿酸过度产生，余甘子淡竹叶茶是《金匮要略》中降尿酸的方子。

方子包含的食材有余甘子、淡竹叶、菊苣、桑叶、葛根，取每种各5g，将所有的食材放到锅里文火煮2个小时后饮用，一天2次。也可以装入茶包中，用开水焖泡5分钟即可饮用。坚持饮用具有很好的排酸、降酸的作用。

2.白及银杏叶茶

白及银杏叶茶可以加入葡萄，具有补气血、强筋骨、利小便的作用，葡萄也是一种碱性的水果，含嘌呤比较少，果汁水分比较充足，利于痛风患者食用。

3.玉米熬茯苓粥

玉米基本上不会含有嘌呤，痛风患者尽管可以吃，玉米可以空腹食用，可以将玉米和茯苓磨成细粉，与粥同时熬煮，做成玉米茯苓粥，比较适合痛风患者长期服用。

4. 西红柿百合饼

长期食用可以起到中和尿酸的作用，因碱性成分多。将西红柿榨汁，将百合磨成粉，加入面粉中，做成饼吃，不仅能够溶解尿酸浓度，还可以提高排尿的量，促进尿酸的排出。
