酸辣土豆丝试试这样做，又香又脆，口齿生津，味道与众不同

这天气实在是太热了，吃饭都没有食欲，心血来潮想吃老妈做的酸辣土豆丝，那酸辣可口的味道香香都能流口水，比外面餐馆做的好吃的多了。但是却被老妈嫌弃了，这么大人了是时候自力更生养活自己了，然后告诉我她做酸辣土豆是的独门诀窍，我才惊奇的发现原来老妈做的比外面还吃是因为做法不一样，所以土豆才又香又脆，味道与众不同。

1、准备好主食材：土豆2个、红辣椒2个、蒜3瓣、姜1块、葱3根、白醋适量、白糖适量、生抽适量、食盐适量;

2、将准备好的土豆清洗干净，削皮切成均匀的土豆丝(没刀工的就老老实实用刨子把)，然后放到清水里浸泡30分钟，捞出晾干备用;

3、大蒜拍碎装到一个小碗里，加入1大勺生抽、1勺白糖、1勺白醋，充分搅拌做成酱汁，同时将红辣椒剁碎，姜切成姜丝，葱花切段，备用;

4、炒锅放油烧热，放入红辣椒爆香，然后将晾干的土豆丝倒入锅内翻炒均匀;

5、将之前调好的酱料淋到土豆丝上面，加入葱段，加入些许食盐翻炒均匀，酸辣土豆丝就做好了;

温馨提示：

因为土豆丝比较细小，翻炒3分钟左右熟了，不要炒过火候，不然就不好吃了。

口味可以根据自己的来调，如果喜欢吃酸一点的就多放醋，喜欢吃辣的就多加辣椒，就是这么随意。
