另外，干的桂圆中含有的铁元素，因为干燥浓缩的原因，要比新鲜的桂圆高很多，它是很好的造血原料，在补血上面有很好的功效。如果大家想要补血养气的话就不妨选择干的桂圆，尤其是患有缺铁性贫血的人群，桂圆干就是个非常好的选择。

除此以外，不管是新鲜的桂圆还是干的桂圆当中，都含有丰富的活性多糖物质、多酚类物质。这些营养成分对于血管的健康十分有益，在一定程度上还能够起到降血脂、抗氧化、抗衰老等多种有益的功效，可谓是个很好的保健食材。

在中医上还认为，桂圆在安神助睡眠上有着积极的作用。在《神农本草经》说到你龙眼可主五脏，安志厌食。长期服用，有增强机体免疫力，抗衰老等多种作用。

对于平时工作或者是学习压力比较大的人群，不妨拿枸杞、桂圆、银耳、红枣制作成一种汤饮，在晚饭的时间喝上一小碗，对晚上睡眠质量的提升有一定的帮助。

什么人不能多吃桂圆呢？

因为桂圆干中的糖分含量非常高，每百克能够占到70%左右的糖类，属于一种高糖水果了，建议本身对糖代谢紊乱的糖尿病患者就要少吃了。除了糖尿病患者要注意，本身有慢性疾病的人群，同样也不能忽视，需减少桂圆干的食用，如果要食用的话，最好别当做零食来吃，或者是直接生吃的做法。
