女性在月经期间上火了最好是不要喝红糖水，因为红糖水本身就很容易导致上火，如果上火了还喝的话就很有可能会加重上火，所以在上火的时候最好是不要喝红糖水。

经期上火怎么办

1.多喝水

女性来月经上火时建议多喝白开水，自然凉的白开水比较容易吸收。

2.饮食调理

月经期间上火可考虑食疗去火，注意饮食清淡，用白糖水煮梨，食其汁肉。也可将新鲜的梨去皮，剖开去核，加入适量冰糖，放入锅中隔水蒸软即可食用。 3.增加空气湿度夏天大家都喜欢呆在空调房里，长期如此人体就很容易干燥缺水，导致上火，所以大家在吹空调的时候最好是打开加湿器，增加空气中的湿度。

喝红糖水注意事项

1.中医认为阴虚内热者、消化不良者和糖尿病患者不宜食用红糖。

2.红糖味甘，肥胖、痰湿重的人也不宜吃。

3.红糖最好是饭后一小时左右饮用，不宜空腹吃，空腹吃红糖会增加胃酸分泌，引起消化道不适。

4.产前有胃炎吐酸水、胃溃疡者应少用甚至不用红糖，以免加重胃病。

5.红糖杂质多，制作运输过程中易污染，故应煮沸、沉淀、去除杂质后再用，以免引起腹泻。

经期注意事项

1.严禁同房经期女性一定不能同房，因为经期局部的抵抗细菌能力就有所下降，同房又极可能会导致外界细菌更多地入侵，甚至上行累及盆腔、输卵管等，引起妇科疾病。

2.注意卫生经血容易滋生细菌，所以经期要更加注重对局部的清洁工作。

3.饮食注意月经期间吃生冷的食物或者喝冷饮，会影响子宫的收缩，使经血排出不畅，导致痛经等问题。

4.不宜坐浴、泡温泉因为月经期间宫颈口处于微开状态，如下身泡在水中，水中的致病菌可经阴道上行进入宫腔导致炎症。

5.不宜剧烈运动月经期间并非绝对禁止运动，但剧烈运动，如跳高、跑步等要尽量避免，否则会加重经期的不适，如腰酸背痛，甚至引起痛经和月经失调。
